Bubbling washing for fruit and vegetables batch. Designed for cleaning products from contamination.
Working principle: the Product is loaded into the hopper where it is using the system sparging is washed from dirt and is supplied to the conveyor. The conveyor system installed mevki with interchangeable nozzles.
- Capacity up to 4 tons per hour
- Bath height 1100 mm with internal dimensions of the boot box 800х1000х600(h)mm
- The external dimensions of the bath in terms 1000х1200мм.
- All material is stainless steel except the load-bearing frame (frame) of the bath and the blower bracket.
- The installed capacity of the power for the blower is 1.5 kW at 220 (380) Volts.
The composition of the product include: bath pomyvochnaya and the inclined conveyor. The main part of the structure: bath pomyvochnaya, conveyor system mevki, funnel boot, the system sparging, electrical equipment. As the conveyor belt enrobing is applied a sheet of stainless steel food.
