Swedish brand men's shirts Eton was founded in 1928
dressmaker Annie Pettersson and her husband David in the village
Ganghester in Sweden. Customers of the brand were all local businessmen, and they passed
the brand name by word of mouth. Brand reputation was strengthened so that
soon Rubashkin label Skjortfabriken Special (the former name of the brand)
conquered the most demanding dandies of the world - the British. In favor of
new customers Pettersson renamed the brand in a more understandable
and easy to pronounce Eton. Moreover, the graduates of the eponymous private
elite schools quickly joined the fans of the brand, appreciated
assessing high-quality shirts made of natural cotton. Among the permanent
customers of the brand are David Beckham, Barack Obama and Prince Charles,
Swedish
kings.
