Manual machine for cutting of a bird is designed to divide the various species and quantities of birds, as well as elements (wings, quarters, neck, etc.).

The structure and functionality of the machine provide quick adaptation to necessary operations of cutting and dividing the elements of birds. The machine design allows to quickly replace the knife and ensures the safety of labour (moving cover of the knife prevents starting the machine if opened) and its simple washing.
