Sodium acetate 3-water or the Sodium acetate trihydrate is a trihydrate the sodium salt of acetic acid, is produced in the form of flakes or chunks an irregular shape. Sodium acetate 3 water — soluble in water, disappears in dry and spread out in moist air.
