Sulfanol

Sulfonol — alkylbenzenesulfonate, a mixture of isomers of sodium salts of alkylbenzenesulfonic, the General formula R-C6H4NaO3S, where R is the radical corresponding to the General formula СпН2п+1, where n=14-18.

Sulfonol — flowing granular powder yellow to light brown, without odorless or with a faint odor of kerosene; the content of sodium salts alkylbenzenesulfonic of at least 80 %, of sodium sulfate is not more than 15 %. Highly soluble in water, in hard water precipitate. Aqueous solutions turbid in the presence of NaCl.
