Ethylvanilin
Ethylvanilin (ethylvanilin, Aromanian) is colourless needle crystals with the smell of vanilla with florals. It is used as a flavoring in food industry.
Ethylvanilin - a small white or slightly yellow crystals or crystalline powder with a strong smell close to the smell of vanilla, but 3-4 times more intense.
It produced by chemical synthesis from catechol or other chemical raw materials. In etilinlestradiola group of vanillin is replaced by ethyl. Though ethylvanilin known for many years, the complexity of its preparation without the nasty impurities hindered its sales, but currently it is widely used.
Application ethylaniline economically beneficial, since it is argued that it is five times stronger, but only four times higher than that of vanillin. The smell ethylvanilin few different from vanilla, but this difference is almost not felt.
Ethylvanilin used to make products and drink vanilla flavor, enhance others, such as chocolate or strawberry, flavours and masking or mitigate the undesirable side-tastes and odors, such as taste boiling in dairy products or fat in the muffin.
Used in the confectionery industry, in the production of muffins, cheesecake, ice cream, alcoholic beverages, etc.
