The basis of thermal abrasive method based on the principle of simultaneous heat and intense shock-abrasive effects on the treated surface of two supersonic high-temperature jet, consisting of a gas stream of combustion products and particulate abrasive material.
Abrasive particles supplied into the flow of the supersonic gas jet generated by the apparatus, are accelerated to supersonic speed and together with the combustion products bombard the surface.
As the working components in the apparatus used compressed air and kerosene or diesel fuel and abrasive material.
When this method of preparation is simultaneous cleaning, degreasing, dust removal, the required roughness, heat and activate the surface.
The unit is adapted for conventional sandblasting.
