Manual welding line is designed for the economical production of welded mesh.
The advantages of this device:
- the price(much cheaper multi-position welding) and the simplicity of the design;
- improved performance compared to single point machines welding;
- the possibility of welding of flat frames with openings;
- manufacture of non-standard welded mesh (for example, rods of different diameters);
- smooth regulation of cell size.
- manufacture of nets with high requirements to the geometry;
- replacement of copper bars as they erase will not be a problem thanks to the unique technology attachment (not more than 1 time per year).
