Automatic multi-point welding line welding mesh is designed for the production of reinforcement, masonry, road mesh, welded mesh.
The advantages of this device:
A higher level of automation compared to the bit and manual machines that allow to reduce the human factor in production, increase productivity and reduce the cost of finished products. Used unique technology of the filing of the longitudinal bars can be welded grid without interrupting the charging of the bars that allows you to use the space much smaller compared to machines welding mesh with bays.
Base multipoint line is the welding portal, equipped with a feed module transverse bars. Pre-edited and cut to the size of the rods from the hopper tray in the automatic mode are fed into the welding zone. Transverse rods when it is fed from the hopper, and longitudinal loads in the position of the automatic feeder to the welding portal manually. The release of the finished grid welding portal is managed by the module protege servo that moves the grid in the forward direction by a rack. Directly under the module protege is a module packaging, equipped with blades that are at the end of a production grid down and store it in the stack.
According to the customer equipment of the machine can be simplified.
