Control devices, pneumatic and electric actuator charts are included in the system devices and controllers START. Control devices work in conjunction with pneumatic sensors and other devices, issuing standardized analog signals in the range from 20 to 100 kPa (0.2 to 1.0 kgf/cm).
Three modifications of the control devices with electric chart:
PV.4E - device for continuous recording on a single chart values of the three parameters and readings on three scales,
PV.1E - device for continuous recording and reading of values of the controlled parameter, indicate the position of the control point and the pressure on the actuator;
PV.2E - device for continuous recording and reading of values of the two parameters (one parameter adjustable), indicate the position of the control point and the pressure on the actuator.
Technical data PV.4E, PW.1E, PP.2E
The range of the analog pressure applied to the input, is 20-100 kPa (0.2 to 1.0 kgf/cm).
In devices PV.1E and PV.2E pressure knob changes within 20-100 kPa (0.2 to 1.0 kgf/cm ).
The device is powered drained and free from dust and oil by the air pressure of 140 kPa + 14 kPa (of 1.4 kgf/cm + 0,14 kg/cm) through the filter and stabilizer.
The class of contamination of the compressed air supply 0 and 1 according to GOST standard 17433-80.
The limit of permissible basic error for all scales and the chart does not exceed 1.0% of the nominal input range. The lower limit of measurement devices with a metering scale is 30% of the upper limit of measurement. The variation of readings does not exceed the absolute value of the maximum permissible basic error.
Changing readings caused deviation of the pressure supply within + 14 kPa (+ 0,14 kg/cm ) from the face, does not exceed 0.5 of the absolute values of the limit of permissible basic error.
Changing the readings in shares of permissible error caused deviation of ambient temperature of (20+2) to any temperature in the range of 5 To 50 s, does not exceed 0.5 for every 10 C.
A variance chart does not exceed + 5 minutes for 24 hours.
The length scale devices and width of the field recording chart 100 mm
Gauges 0-100 linear.
On request of the consumer devices complement the scale (the number of controlled variables) and the chart, calibrated in units of measurement parameters according to the standard series gauges, devmanager, flow meters, thermometry, vacuum gauges and vacuum gages. With the device PW.4E can be set to 3 scale, with the device PW.1E two identical scale parameter and setting), the instrument PV.2E - two and a narrow one for the second parameter. The scale of the actuator devices PV.1E and PV.2E is a constant and the order is not subject.
Drive chart is a synchronous electric motor.
The speed of the chart 20 mm/h On special order issued devices with speeds chart 40 or 60 mm/h
The unit has a removable tape mechanism.
In the design of devices PV.1E and PV.2E is provided by the plug connecting the controller (local installation). When the controller is not in control device, and at some distance from it (remote installation), connecting the controller to the device control is carried out by means of a special plug, which is applied to the control device and the socket, which is equipped with a regulator. (Plug and socket are supplied together with the instrument, if it is mentioned in the order). The device can be used at ambient temperatures from 5 to 50 and the upper value of relative humidity of 80% at 35 C and lower temperatures, without condensation.
The device may not be used in flammable and explosive environments.
The device cannot be installed in aggressive environments affecting rubber, plexiglass and protected chromium-Nickel and cadmium coatings or painted hammer enamel structural steel, non-ferrous metals and their alloys. Synchronous motor drive chart is powered from the mains AC voltage of 220 C.
Unit weight and air flow, reduced to normal conditions, do not exceed:
PV.4E - 7,0 kg - 4 l/min,
PV.1E - 8,0 kg to 6.5 l/min,
PV.2E - 10,5 kg - 7.5 l/min
