Is practically insoluble in aqueous solutions of a substance with good osmotic and chemical resistance. The anion exchange resin is a copolymer of divinylbenzene and styrene, capable in water and aqueous solutions react exchange anion exchangers. Contains one kind of ionic groups benzyltrimethylammonium. The anion consists of insoluble solid matrix and is a small granules (about 1 mm in diameter) from light yellow to dark yellow. The anion exchanger is able to ion exchange reactions due to the presence of specific functional groups.

- for purification of water from claudicationa acids (carbon, silicon) in conjunction with cation exchange resin
- in hydrometallurgy for softening and demineralization of water
