Rotary control valve 6C-9-1 steel weld is used to regulate the flow or pressure of the working medium at the nodes and pipelines of various energy systems. Valves 6C-9-1 are produced with a diameter of conditional DN80 mm, installed on pipelines carrying water, steam with a maximum operating temperature of 450°C and a maximum working pressure of ru atmospheres (10 MPa). Regulation of the working environment by changing the cross-section area, which is achieved by the rotation of the spool relative to the sleeve (saddle). The lever is used for automatic control of the valve. The maximum angle of rotation of the spool is 90°. Adjustable flow cross section in the valve is made in the form of rectangular Windows in the spool and the sleeve. To use the valve as a shut-off devices are not allowed.
