Steam traps thermodynamic coupling cast iron Ni intended for steam lines and different types of propranolol for automatic condensate at temperatures up to 200° C.
Design, main dimensions and technical requirements regulated by GOST 12866-67. To steam or propriamente joined by threaded couplings with inch pipe thread according to GOST 6527-74. Steam traps are installed in working position with the cover facing up. The body and cover are made of cast iron, strip - paronite.
The seal valve body is provided with saddle and plate steel 20X13. Strength tested at a test pressure of RPR = 2,4 MPa. Working pressure is allowed to RR= 1.6 MPa working temperature tр≤120° C and up to RR = 1.5 MPa when tр = 200° C.
