Advanced mutual analysis. Standard data collection serves as an excellent basis for identifying emerging problems of equipment, but to identify the root causes of faults often requires mutual (cross-channel) analysis. In addition to the usual procedure of collection program mutual analysis Advanced Cross-Channel also allows us to determine the between the signals measured at the different channels, as a function of coherence and the transfer function. Mutual analysis improves the quality of data collected vibration, allowing you to determine the actual motion of the shaft during operation and to detect such structural problems as cracks or resonance. Usually the collection data for mutual analysis is carried out using a single reference sensor vibration and from one to three working vibration sensors. When this is complete the transfer function, the mutual phase and coherence are available for each channel. BALTECH invites you to our quarterly seminars and training courses the vibration TOR-103 and dynamic balancing TOR-102.
Modular design in according to your needs.
The analyzer CSI 2140 may have exactly the same layout, which reflects your specific current needs, and its modular the design allows you to change the layout when new tasks. Opportunities the device can be expanded without difficulty and unnecessary costs without losing the original attachments. This versatile instrument can be purchased in 1-channel, 2-channel or 4-channel version, with the function of the measurement route, or without it, or as a special device balancing in the field. Combine opportunities in any combination to obtain exactly you need the device. Also available additional modules that allow you to perform the transient analysis and the structural analysis.
