CSI 2140 - BALTECH MSCA Expert Analysis, the analysis of the motor current
Offer type: salePublished: 28.02.2015
Analysis of the motor current.
The analyzer CSI 2140 includes a standard analysis program characteristics current
motor MSCA Expert Analysis, allowing to detect the failure or the presence of
cracks in the cores of the rotors of induction motors AC. To check
use an amp clamp to be attached to the terminals of the motor. When
used in conjunction with the diagnostics module motor Motor Diagnostics
in AMS Machinery Manager, analyzer CSI 2140 can perform non-Intrusive
the analysis of the condition of the rotor and stator of the asynchronous AC motors.
Monitoring can be done using standard current clamp or sensor
the magnetic flux FluxCoil, patented partner of BALTECH. Data on magnetic
field, temperature and current permit, without turning off the asynchronous motor,
to identify such problems as the destruction of the plates of the rotor, the presence of compounds with
high resistance, the presence of voids in the cast rotor, a short circuit in
the stator winding and the voltage unbalance.
The new analyzer (analyzer
spectrum) CSI 2140 you can get on the program TRADE-IN replacing we have our own
the old diagnostic complex. BALTECH MSCA Analysis Expert
multifunctional analysis program
the motor current. We diagnose all types of electric motors: synchronous
machines, induction motors, and DC machines.
