A means for dissolving scale and the removal of mineral deposits "LVH-4"
The "LVH-4", is used to dissolve calcium carbonate and iron oxide deposits
with the heating surface of steam boilers, condensers
turbines, heat pipelines, heat exchangers and evaporators
installations, as well as for cleaning of reverse osmosis membrane modules
machines.
"LVH-4" is produced in four versions:
- "LVH-4.1" to remove calcium carbonate deposits,
- "LVH-4.2" to remove calcium carbonate and ferruginous sediments,
- "LVH-4.3" to remove deposits with biological or silicate-biological in nature,
- "LVH-4.4" to delete predominantly silicate deposits.
Selection of the desired option "LVH-4" is based on the results of the analysis of the chemical composition of sediments.
The advantages of flushing these solutions are as follows:
- The rinsing of equipment, made of all types of steel and non-ferrous metals;
- Washing cast iron boilers having a threaded connection on the manifold;
- The possibility of leaching without the installation of special schemes using the "etching";
- Cleaning solutions on the basis of funds "LVH-4"
are gentle towards the metal, and corrosion inhibitors,
included in the product "LVH-4", after washing leave
on metal surfaces a thin film that protects metals
from corrosion within 2-3 months.
"LVH-4" - fully biodegradable chemical.
"LVH-4" - dry powder
a product containing an active agent, corrosion inhibitor and nonionic
Surfactants. On this basis prepare 5-10% cleaning solutions by dissolving the calculated amount in the water.
Flushing is accomplished by recirculation of the washing solution inside laundered power equipment.
Based on the chemical composition of sediments and possibilities of the customer, the washing may be carried out at a temperature of the working solution 70-90 °C or when the temperature of the working solution of 10-40°C.
The washing process is carried out to stabilize the pH and acidity of the washing solution.
