Description
Designed and manufactured a new semanatorile, running on electricity and technology of drying of grains and seeds moderately heated air.

Advantages developed technologies:
• energy independence through the use of electricity instead of fossil fuels;

Area application
Electric dryer and combined technology drying grain designed for use in farming and seed the farms. The dryer can operate both in the structure of the Elevator, and as Autonomous grain drying complex.
Stage testing
Manufactured and assembled on a Foundation of experienced the drying plant with a capacity of corn ~4 tons of grain (see photo).

The installation includes a hopper, Elevator tower, vertical Elevator, dryer silo equipped with a heater new type systems air flow and gravity flow for receiving, handling and shipment to the customer conditioned grain. It is possible to install cleaner grain.
The tests were performed on a commodity corn humidity 22.5 to 25% and varietal seeds of sunflower and maize humidity respectively 12,5% and 20.5% at an average ambient temperature of 6-10° C and the relative humidity of 90-100%. When drying commodity corn grain temperature did not exceed 45° C, and sunflower seeds and corn - 36° C. Commodity corn was dried to 12.5% for 2 hours, and sunflower seeds and corn, respectively, to 7% and 13.5% for the 2.5 and 3 hours.
Field test results showed that development structure of the dryer and technology, providing high quality and environmentally friendly products higher germination. The cost of drying grain does not exceed $1,3, and seeds - $1,8 when removing 1 t% moisture.
