Installation for the production of dry building mixtures (next setting) with capacity up to 10 t/h is designed for preparation of dry mortars based on cement and gypsum binders using various mineral additives, stabilizing quality and giving the special properties of the mixture.

The operation of the installation is indoors at a temperature ambient air from plus 5 to plus 40 degrees Celsius.

Installations for the production of dry building mixtures are developed in individual option under the Customer's premises. For this the location of the upcoming installation at first sent a constructor that produces all the necessary measurements and together with the Customer prepares the technical design assignment. Next 20÷30 days, the plant develops a rough draft, negotiate with The customer and after that directs technical and commercial proposal on supply installation, which serves as a basis for the preparation of the contract. After signing of the contract by the parties, the Customer makes an advance payment in the amount of 40-50% of the total cost of the equipment. Average time the manufacture of this equipment is 120 ÷ 150 days with regard to development of working project.

The structure and operation of the installation

Cooking technology products at the facility mainly depends from careful preparation of dry, fractionated sand different the particle size.
