Our water-ring granulating line is made by new generation technolgy of new design, reasonable configuration, steady operation, low noise, low consumption and high output.
It is mainly used for cutting and extruding wasted thermoplastics such as PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA, PC, PB, PVC, EVA, etc, and to produce granules for further use in production.

1. High-efficient force-feeder ensures high capacity feeding.

3. Great output capacity.
4. Pelletizing style: water-ring cutting with extrusion mould, good shape.
Screw & barrel are high quality alloy steel, with nitride polished, ground and hard plated.
Transmission smoothly with low noise level.
Standard spare part component is easily to be replaced and maintained.
Capacity 60-150kg/h
Granulating line can be made according to customer’s requirement.
