Hand vibrators are designed for compaction of concrete mixes when laying them in a monolithic structure with different the degree of reinforcement, as well as for the manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products for precast construction.
Mechanical vibrations generated by the vibrator when it is immersing in the concrete mixture, contribute to greater compaction of the concrete.
Vibrators possess a number of advantages:
- adapted for vibroobrabotki concrete in columns, pedestals and other hard-to-reach structures;
- convenient for vibroobrabotki high-density reinforcement structures;
- reliable in the work;
- have a small mass.
When working with deep vibrator is prohibited:
- To turn the vibrator on for long periods of time immersing in the concrete;
- Pull the vibrator from concrete or transfer him, holding on to an electric cable;
- Pounding a vibrating head on the ground;
- To avoid prolonged contact of the vibrator with the bottom of the formwork or with valves;
