Modular the building of our production represent a container full factory preparedness lighting control system, fire protection system, system climate control, mounted the main and auxiliary equipment according to the design decision.

 

Appointment

 

The module can be used as transportable or stationary distribution points of electric energy and (or) in the transformer substations.

Module designed to work in temperate climates, except marine coast.

Modules can to be produced for use on the coast by special order.

 

Constructive

 

The modules are manufactured block or one-piece construction if the length does not exceed 11m. The basis of the module manufactured from hot rolled steel channel. Form factor provided module installation on the ground,a concrete or asphalt pad Foundation piles or concrete blocks. The unit has a durable frame, designed for installation

total weight 10 tons and more.

 

Exterior the covering is made of cold rolled steel with a minimum thickness of 1.8 mm the application of the powder coating. On the technical task or requirement it is possible to manufacture cladding galvanized or aluzinc steel.

 

For isolation the walls,floor and roof in modules used mineral flame burning wool, or basalt blocks with a thickness from 50 to 200 mm.

 

For plating walls are made of profiled sheet.

 

For plating the floor is corrugated steel sheet with a minimum thickness of 4 mm. Coating is rich with a preliminary application of the soil coverage. On the technical task or the customer's request it is possible to manufacture flooring with aluminum corrugated plate.

 

In the floor construction includes hatches for access to the cable channel (Compartment).

 

Common technical data

 

1.Normal the module must be provided if the following climatic conditions according to GOST 15150-69:

 

· height above sea level to 1000 m;

· limit working temperature ambient air:

- top ― + 40 °C;

- lower – minus 60 °C;

 

· work values of atmospheric pressure:

― top ― 106.7 kPa (800 mm Hg);

― lower ― 86,6 kPa (650 mm Hg);

― lower limit ― for 84.0 kPa (630 mm Hg);

― the upper value of relative humidity 100% at 25 °C;

· the average annual value of relative humidity 75% at 15 °C;

· the degree of pollution insulation according to GOST 9920-89 – II-III;

· climatic regions in the wind and the ice I-III, according to snow load – IV according to SNiP 2.01.07-85;

· fire resistance degree according to SNiP 2.01.02-85 – IIIA;

· seismic resistance as per MSK scale-64,inclusive, at 0 m according the GOST17516.1-90 – up to 9 points.

 

2. The module is not designed to work in the following conditions:

 

· in an environment saturated with current-conducting dust;

· in an environment containing corrosive gases and vapors, Deplete the protective coating, the me-tally and insulation;

· in an explosive environment;

· in the atmosphere of the sea coast.
