The principle of operation

Product intended for pelletization is fed silo storage. In the hopper to prevent hang-up of the product and the formation of the arches installed warusfel continuous drive. The dosing hopper evenly feeds the product into the mixer granulator, where it can be wetted by water or steam, is intensively mixed by stirrer mixer (moisture in the required amount promotes the formation of durable and high quality pellets).

Moist product from the mixer is supplied in pellet mills. In the pressing chamber it falls between turning matrix and pressing rolls and pushed through radial holes of matrix where under high pressure is the formation of granules. Pushed from the holes of the pellets occur with a stationary knife and break off. Cut granules fall down and through the sleeve casing and removed from the press.

The granules leaving a press, have high temperature and are fragile. For cooling they are transported by Elevator to cooler (we use Lithuanian INCREASED). There as filling, transferred to the sorting section 3, where conditioned granules are separated from chips. A small crumb and nechernosemya flour are sucked into the cyclone by the fan.
