Machine for straightening disks are designed for straightening rims

The machine allows you to restore the profile of seats for installation tires, repair the ellipse, the radial and axial runout of the disk car wheel applications without considerable physical effort.
Straightening is carried out in 2 methods:
1. The method of simultaneous or sequential two-sided rolling and exterior
the inner part of the disk fixed and swivel castors.
2. Straightening is carried out using a hydraulic cylinder mounted in one of the
stops provided on the machine and controlled by the hydraulic valve handle.
Place alignment on the disk, you first need to preheat the burner (with
the machine is delivered).
The machine provides the cutter to handle the disk after weld straightening, as well as for trimming the outer edge of the disk.
Install the disc on the spindle of the machine occurs in the hole attachment that allows the alignment according to the scheme of fastening of a wheel the hub of the car.
The rotation of the disc is made from a three-phase electric motor like through V-belt transmission and a gearbox.
