Disaprovingly the machine is designed for straightening rims car dimensions:
with diameter from 12 to 24 inches (305-630);
-width from 4.0 to 12.0 inch (100-254,2 mm);

Machine allows you to restore the profile of seats for the installation of tires, repair ellipse, the radial and axial runout of the disk of a vehicle wheel without application of considerable physical effort.

Straightening disc is made with the help of a hydraulic cylinder mounted to one of the stops provided on the machine and driven arm hydroaspartate. Place alignment on the disk you first need to heat the burner .

On the machine a cutter is provided to handle the disk after welding of alignment.

Installation disk on the spindle of the machine is carried on the mounting holes that allows to make the alignment according to the scheme of fastening of a wheel hub of the car.

The clamp drive is carried out by using hydraulic clamping.Stress the clamp is controlled by a pressure gauge installed in the enclosure panel management

Rotation the disc is from a three-phase motor via V-belt as the transmission and through the gearbox.

In the complete set of machine includes one faceplate and centering washer.
