Machine for straightening all types of disc Sirius universal

Disaprovingly the machine is designed for straightening rims car dimensions:

-width from 4.0 to 12.0 inch (100-254,2 mm);

Machine allows you to restore the profile of seats for the installation of tires, repair ellipse, the radial and axial runout of the disk of a vehicle wheel without application of considerable physical effort.

Straightening made 2 methods:
1. The method of simultaneous or sequential two-sided rolling and exterior the inner part of the disk fixed and swivel castors.
2. Straightening is carried out using a hydraulic cylinder mounted in one of the stops provided on the machine and controlled by the hydraulic valve handle. Place alignment on the disk, you first need to preheat the burner (with the machine is delivered).

On the machine a cutter is provided to handle the disk after welding, straightening and for trimming the outside edges of the disc.

Installation disk on the spindle of the machine is carried on the mounting holes that allows to make the alignment according to the scheme of fastening of a wheel hub of the car.

Rotation the disc is from a three-phase motor via V-belt as the transmission and through the gearbox.

In the complete set of machine includes one faceplate and centering washer.
