The machine is designed
for straightening of wheel rims car dimensions:
-diameter
from 12 to 20 inches (305-457);
-width from 4.0 to 8.0 inches (100-203,2 mm);
-of a thickness not exceeding 3.0 mm.
Machine
allows you to restore the profile of seats for the installation of tires, repair
ellipse, the radial and axial runout of the disk of a vehicle wheel without
application of considerable physical effort.
Straightening
is produced by simultaneous or sequential two-sided rolling
the outer and inner part of the disk fixed and swivel castors.
On the machine
the installation of the cutter for trimming the edge of the disc. Installing the drive on
the spindle of the machine is carried on the mounting holes that allows
to make the alignment according to the scheme of fastening of a wheel hub of the car.
The package
the machine includes two faceplate with the slots number 4,5,6 pieces for fastening
holes number 4,5,6 disk units, respectively.
Rotation
the disc is from a three-phase electric motor through V-belt
gear and worm gear H 100.
