Studs M27 are non-standard fastener size. They are produced according to following standards:
· GOST 9066-75 – studs for flange connection. Have the form of a rod with an elongated smooth portion and two threaded ends. Made steel grades: article 10, article 20, article 35, 40X, 12X18H10T, 08KH18N10T, 10Х17Н13М2, 20X13. Fasteners made of carbon or alloy steels is of strength class from 5.8 to 10.9. Length of the fastener varies from 120 to 270 mm.
· DIN 975 – threaded rod. Their standard length is 1000 mm. Represent rod with rolled thread across the surface. For release use of steel brands: article 10, article 20, article 35, article 45, 40KH, 30KHGSA, 12X18H10T, 08KH18N10T, 10Х17Н13М2, 20X13. The strength class of the pins can be from 5.8 to 12.9. Fasteners zinc at the request of the client.
· DIN 938, DIN 939, DIN 835 – studs with screwed ends equal to 1d, 1.25d and 2d, respectively. Material production: article 10, article 20, article 35, 12X18H10T, 08KH18N10T, 10Х17Н13М2, 20X13. The strength of the product may be 5.8 or 8.8. Fastener length varies from 55 up to 260 mm.
