Automatic control for water pumping stations of the second and third recovery (ANS). The main control algorithm of the pump is maintaining setpoint pressure in the water system at change of consumed water consumption.
Thus, the following execution:
- control the drive of the pumping unit No. 1 (N/A No. 1) or N/A No. 2 for the selection (shift manual or automatic for equal hours lifespan)
- management of multiple pumping units in the pumping station operation mode cascade control (doodlesie in direct or soft start the subsequent pumping unit when the pressure in the pressure system)
- other algorithms.
The benefits of using stations with frequency regulation of Kaskad-D PCH" in the ANS of the 2nd ascent:
1. Energy saving respect to the control of pumps in direct start-up from 30 to 50% or more.
2. To increase the working life of pumping equipment by 2-3 times.
