Purpose: Drainage pumps DAB DRENAG 500-3000 designed specifically for individual and collective systems of drainage and sanitation.
Operating range: Capacity from 1 to 66 m3/h. Head up to 21 m of water column. Maximum immersion depth is 10 meters.
Pumped liquid: Composition - drainage and waste water without long-fibre particles. Temperature - for water from 0°C to +35°C for other uses from 0°C to +50°C.
Basic materials DRENAG 500-700-900: Hydraulic housing, upper cover, engine cover, external casing - anodized aluminum handle is technopolymer, impeller - nylon, fasteners - stainless steel. Mechanical seal - carbon/ceramic.
Basic materials DRENAG 1000-1200: Hydraulic housing, cast impeller, a top cover, motor housing, outer casing, shaft and fasteners - stainless steel handle - stainless steel with rubber coating. Mechanical seal oil barrier chamber: hydraulic parts - silicon carbide/silicon carbide motor side - carbon/ceramic.
Basic materials DRENAG 1400-1800: Hydraulic body, impeller, top cover, motor housing - cast iron, shaft, handle and fasteners - stainless steel, hydraulic chamber cover - cast iron with coating of wear-resistant rubber. Mechanical seal oil barrier chamber - silicon carbide/silicon carbide on both sides of oil chamber.
Basic materials DRENAG 1600-2000-2500-3000: Upper cover, motor cover - anodized, cast aluminum, pump body and impeller - cast iron brand ENGJL200, shaft, fasteners and handle - stainless steel. Mechanical seal oil barrier chamber: hydraulic parts - silicon carbide/silicon carbide motor side - carbon/ceramic.
Features: Motors single-phase models equipped with a built in capacitor. For motors you must provide external overload protection. Models with index "M-A" or "T-A" is additionally equipped with a float switch. Model Grinder equipped with a cutting mechanism.
Mounting: motor Shaft in vertical position. For continuous operation the pump can be fully submerged position.
