Soy protein isolate ― soy protein isolate – non-modified the soy protein isolate.

Soy protein isolate is used in the production of emulsified and ground meats, fish and fish products and meat products in various categories of dairy products, bread, cakes, flour confectionery, soups, sauces, yoghurts, dry drinks, products for children and dietary food:

cooked sausages, frankfurters, sausages and meat loaves Supreme, the first and second grades;

smoked, boiled-smoked and raw smoked sausages;

chopped semi-finished products (cutlets, hamburgers, meatballs, of minced meat, ravioli, etc.); crab sticks, canned meat;

Soy protein isolate ― benefits:

make the product easy to cut, the maximum stabilizing matrix water/fat/protein;

improvement of texture, juiciness, tenderness and presentation products;

reducing the formation of broth-fat edema;

stabilization and increase of stability of the meat emulsion to heat;

the increase in finished product yield by reducing losses during heat treatment;

the reduction of production costs (1 part protein binds 6 parts of water and replace 7 pieces of meat);
