Meat mixer is designed for mixing the stuffing to the required consistency with all components envisaged by the recipe and technological process of manufacture of sausages. Meat mixer has been successfully used for mixing vegetable salads for catering and canning plants. All parts having contact with the product are made from corrosion materials. The process of loading and unloading of the product is mechanized. The trough, which is the mixing product of the kneading screws, covered by a protective lattice (cap). To ensure safety conditions of work provided for locking kneading screw when opening the cover and removing the fence on discharge hatches. The machine is controlled by one worker - parseconfigfile with the remote control located on the pedestal.
