The disk semi-mounted unit cultivating AGN-4.2 adjustable midplaza, is designed for primary and pre-sowing preparation of soil for sowing of grain and industrial crops by loosening the field surface to a predetermined depth with a resistivity of soil to 0.9 kgf/cm2, hardness 35 kg/cm2 (3.5 MPa) and humidity up to 27%.
In a single pass unit produces grinding and sealing of crop residues, the crumbling and leveling the field surface, the seals made fertilizers.
In transport position the unit weight is divided between a tractor and a private vehicle wheels. It is possible to increase the distance between the front and rear rows of discs with a 90 to 120 cm,
increased stability of the unit and reduce the load on the rear row of discs.
The design of a series of AGN allows you to shift the rear row of discs relative to the front. This adjustment allows to achieve maximal alignment of the surface fields.
Fastening of the working body through the one-piece bracket reduces the load on the frame, which significantly increases the service life of the unit as a whole.
An additional advantage of the product is the installation working disk on a separate rack, with the angle of inclination of the blade to the bottom of the grooves 16°, which allows to achieve an additional turnover of the stratum of soil.
