Furnace hearth is designed for simultaneous baking in individual baking chambers of different rye and wheat breads, bakery products, different kinds of pastry and puff pastry products, cookies, cakes. This is because the setting and adjustment of temperature in each baking chamber individually, for a specific type of products, be it bakery, confectionery or meat dishes, fish, vegetables, or casseroles.
Design hearth furnaces is provided by:
‣ installation and automatic maintenance of the set temperature of the lower and upper groups of the heating elements;
‣ each baking chamber hearth furnace equipped with a temperature control system steam;
‣ disable the upper heating elements is possible with the control panel;
‣ thanks to the arrangement of the heating elements below the hearth and above the dome of each chamber in a uniform thermal field, providing uniform baking or
homogeneous heat treatment of products in a stationary air environment.
‣ using electronic remote control is the setting of the temperature parameters and the countdown, a beep will sound after the preset time;
‣ exhaust probe in the upper part of the furnace ensures the flue gas from the zone of baking in exhaust ventilation and serves to connect the electric furnace with exhaust ventilation.
