Drying complex of TAS-K

(heat drying installation-combined)

      

Purpose: Thermal drying unit TSU, convective type, continuous action, designed for drying the crushed material (chips, sawdust, milled peat) to the required humidity (10%, adjustable), in technological lines of production:

pellets, wood pellets (Wood Pellets);

- screw briquettes (Pini-Key);

- mechanical shock (NESTRO) and hydraulic briquettes (RUF).

Working principle:Wet the ground raw material (wood sawdust pellets., Stipa, chips) is fed into the zone for pre-drying of the booster tube trailer hitch from the heat source sent drying agent. The drying agent is the mixture of air with a heat agent, generated by the heat generator pyrolysis type and cleaned from the ash residue in the cyclone unit. Further, raw materials (wood chips, sawdust pellets., milled peat) the flow speed of the drying agent (25-30m/s), using pneumatic conveying system, enters the vortex drying chamber where it starts the rotational movement. The high tangential velocity of the raw material and drying agent, the friction of the particles of the raw material between themselves and the walls of the drying chamber and create conditions activation of thermal and hydrodynamic regimes and ensure uniform drying of raw materials. On a separate the pneumatic conduit, in the area of the vortex chamber is fed a fresh drying agent, what contributes to intensify the process of drying of raw materials, reduction of time of stay in the drying the camera (up to 10C) and increase productivity. After drying, the dried raw material ( sawdust pellets., wood chips, peat) is thrown the vertically directed stream into the block the cyclone separator. In the cyclone-separator, steamy coolant is discharged into the atmosphere through aspiration, and the dried raw material through the sluice-gate is issued for submission to the area of granulation, briquetting (packaging, storage).

Technical features:

- Productivity of drying complex for dry raw materials up to 1000 kg/h;

- Moisture content of input raw material - up to 70%;

- The installed capacity of the drying complex is 25 kW/h;

- Fuel consumption (fuel chips, pellets, pellet) is 150-200 kg/h ;

- Occupied area - up to 60 m2
