Line granulation. The pellet press OGM-1.5

Granulation line on the basis press-granulator OGM-1.5 is designed for the pressing of dry powdered plant materials with the aim of obtaining granules. Can pelletize almost any form of biomass with a relative humidity about 10% - sawdust, peat, straw, lignin, husk, grass, chicken litter, alcohol bard, bran, brewer's grain, beet pulp etc.

Working principle: the dry powdered raw materials, the rotary shutter is dosed fed to scraper conveyor, then to the hopper of the granulator. Further, raw materials transported to the dispenser and mixer granulator, here is water. In the mixer to bring the moisture content of raw material up to the level required for the granulation process. From the mixer wet raw material is shown in the camera pressing. In the camera of pressing the raw material is pulled between turning matrix and pressing rolls and pushed through radial holes of matrix where the the application of high pressure occurs the formation of granules. Extruded from holes the pellets encounter the stationary knife and break off. Broken granules falling down through the casing sleeve are removed from the press.

For each of components and assemblies shall be accompanied by all necessary technical documentation: the manual, layout of equipment.

When need a set of pelletizing line can be supplemented with other process equipment:

- Sawdust drying/vortex drying apparatus with the heat source and site cleaning the drying agent;

- Node a mechanized feed with movable bottom;

- Scraper conveyors, belt, screw;

- Crusher hammer, host shredding baled straw (chaff-cutter).
