Purpose: the reception and transportation of chopped leafy forages, grasses or legumes, chopped straw, cut roots, as well as complete fodder mixtures and their distribution during movement of a continuous regulated flow in the trough with height less than 750 mm and a width of the feed passage of livestock farms is not less than 2100 mm or feed in the feed hopper of the stationary distributors on livestock farms, in feedlots, free range-feed yards and summer camps.
A distributor can be used for transporting and unloading ago different feeds and bedding material.
Feeders are aggregated with wheel tractors of traction class 1.4 TC, equipped with remote-cylinder hydraulic system having a tow hitch according to GOST 2349, and the conclusions for the connection of the brake pneumatic system and electrical equipment.
Feeders CTS-10A are manufactured at our own production facility using high quality components and spare parts of production of PJSC "Kremenchug wheel plant" (Ukraine), JSC "Bobruiskagromash" (Belarus), JSC "Aksaykardandetal" (Russia) and JSC "Mechanical plant "Kalachinsky" (Russia). In the production process are used the following types of processing: hot rolling the teeth of the sprockets, the automatic welding under flux layer, the coloring by inkjet drenching, handling the details of running system on dedicated lines with the application of the aggregate and special machines. Embedded lines forming the spars, making the bottoms and sides of machines, automated painting line frames and boards, etc.
Feeders CTS-10A are produced in various modifications!! Can be supplied according to the customer's unloading on one or both sides.
