Locks and keys, electromagnetic lock ZB-1, ZB-1 and CAZ-1, CAZ-1M is designed for locking moving parts of the drives of disconnectors, switches or other devices for voltages up to 250 VDC.
DEVICE ELECTROMAGNETIC LOCK
Lock ZB-1, ZB-1M consists of a castle, an electromagnetic key, CAZ-1, CAZ-1M and magnetic key KM-1, designed for emergency unlock.

Lock ZB-1 is a spring loaded steel rod and socket enclosed in a cylindrical housing. Castle location category 1 is provided with a sealing cap.
Electromagnetic key KEZ-1M consists of the solenoid coil, plugs, plug connector and spring loaded steel rod enclosed in a polyamide housing. Stocks of key and lock elements have a lock in the extreme unlocked position.
Magnetic key KM-1 consists of a permanent magnet, the spring loaded rod enclosed in a polyamide housing.
For unlocking the lock ZB-1 is required to file a DC voltage on the lock clip, set socket key KEZ-1M and pressing the stock key, submit it to the contact with the rod lock. Pulling ring stem key to release the locking element from the housing and turn the stem clockwise.
Lock ZB-1M locks in the unlocked position. To bring the lock to its original position, turn the stock key to match the locking element with a groove in the housing and remove the key from the slot. Under the action of the spring the rod will occupy its original position.
