We are pleased to inform our customers about the release of two new mini lines of granulation: 500 MLG(kombi) and 1000 MLG(kombi) .In new equipment we have combined screw accurate loading and mixer into one system feed and moisture. This has resulted in indicators such as high ergonomics, compactness and convenience. The combination of the two systems has reduced the cost of electricity.

The design features of the mini line
The equipment consists of the following functional parts:
The hopper for uniform feeding of raw material from auger boot and system moisture.
Time-tested press pelleting of feed/fuel pellets Grand-Grand or 200-300 (the power of the engine 11 and 22 kW).
Cooling system and sorting (power 0.5 kW).
Closed-loop extraction system "Cyclone" (power 4 kW).
Remote control.
Thanks to the "Cyclone" is provided by waste-free and safe production. Dust special dust bags can be used again in production.
What materials are suitable for line
MLG 500 and 1000 (kombi) is designed for the production of granulated animal feed and fuel pellets. The equipment can easily recycle the sawdust of hard and softwood, grain waste, straw, grass, hay, seed husks, etc., waste plastic recycling, feed mixtures with grain composition.
High power and reliability of the equipment is ensured by movable rollers, installed on the Grand-Grand and 200-300.
Finished products that can be obtained with the help of MLG 500 and 1000 (kombi) :
Pellets from crop waste (peels of sunflower seeds, buckwheat, and other crops), which are used in energy industries.
Fuel pellets for individual and commercial use.
Organic waste from poultry farms and farms are also used for the production of fuel pellets.
