Controller COMCONT-M control screw compressors (NWA, BB, IVU, VITA) is designed for automated management and control of the technical parameters of the screw compressor.
Controller COMCONT-M provides:- control mechanisms for a given program;
- indication parameters;
- a visual indicator of the condition of mechanisms;
- visual and audio signaling of deviation of process parameters from introduced plants;
- the compressor is protected from emergency conditions;
- logging events in the memory of controller 254 of the record of recent events;
- remote monitoring of the compressor using the remote control.
Basic sensors connected to the controller COMCONT-M:- discharge pressure;
- oil pressure;
- discharge temperatures;
- oil temperature in the reservoir;
- oil temperature in the oil tank;
- the pressure drop of air-oil separator;
- pressure drop across the filter of thin clearing of oil, the oil level;
The controller is equipped with a top-level program to read the event log, insertion and adjustment of the installations.
