The PEAK valves used in reciprocating compressors for General industrial use, pressure of different gases, the speed of rotation of the crankshaft which is up to 1000 rpm./min.
Valve PEAK are: A, AM, BM, ALM, AGM, AMT.
Valve PEAK are consumable parts in reciprocating compressors. A wide spread of PEAK valves to other valves due to their simplicity, maintainability, reliability.
The PEAK valve comprises:
1. Aluminum saddles
2. Plates PEAK (repair Kit valve PIC)
3. Retaining straps to the valve
Plate PEAK made of high-strength stainless steel spring steel band SENDVIG 7C.
For fixing plates of the PEAK in the PEAK valves are used the retaining strap.
When using the direct flow individual valves is reduced specific energy consumption by 5-12%, reduced the temperature of the compressed gas, the compressor capacity is increased by 6-10%. In-line valves (N-IK) operate almost silently.
