The autoclave is a cylindrical body with an elliptical
bottom and the flange. On the body near the flange is welded loop, and
the opposite side of the bracket. In the loop with axis attached
the bracket with the axle. On the axle cover is installed with the possibility
rotation. In the flange of the housing is formed teeth, bayonet shutter, and
cover there reply teeth. On the lid are attached toothed
sector.
The clip housing has a turning device with which the rotation of the lid and its closing.
Autoclave
equipped with connections for supply steam, condensate drain, fittings
for controls, pressure and temperature and fitting for installation
safety valve.
The autoclave is mounted horizontally on two supports.
Inside the housing along the length of the cylindrical part at the bottom of the welded guide rails for baskets.
On
the body of the autoclave is welded sling devices for
attaching insulation, brackets for installation of remote control and
grounding clip to discharge static electricity. On the flange
the housing is mounted cuff.
When closing the lid
the teeth of the arm are introduced into mesh with the teeth of sector caps. Due
turning the cover manually teeth bayoneting shutter caps included
under teeth bayoneting stopper flange, the cuff is compressed and autoclave
hermetized.
