Every fourth couple is suffering from infertility diagnosis, and the only hope of having a child is the woman who will carry and bear their child.
For helping the pair, will be paid remuneration in the amount of 13 000-19 000 euros.
All program costs paid by center (study services of doctors, translators, psychologist, notary).
What are the requirements to the participant of the program?
– age from 19 to 38 years;
– presence of own healthy child by natural means;
absolute mental and good physical health;
– RH blood factor positive;
– the lack of caesarean section in anamnesis.

This method of reproductive medicine in Ukraine is regulated by the following regulatory legal acts:
- The family Code (further — UK) of Ukraine;
- The law of Ukraine "On state registration of acts of civil status" No. 2398/VI of 01.07.2010;
- "Rules of state registration of civil status acts" No. 52/5 from 18.10.2000 G.;
- "Instruction on the application of assisted reproductive technologies", approved by order of Ministry of health of Ukraine No. 787 (z1697-13) dated 09.09.2013;
- The law of Ukraine "On citizenship of Ukraine" №2235-III of 18.01.2001 G.;
- "Rules of entry of foreigners and persons without citizenship to Ukraine, their exit from Ukraine and transit through its territory" approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №1074 from 29.12.1995 G.
