Harver DM300x2 - Machine pitting pitting of the fruits of the cherries in different sizes. The performance of this machine depends on the size of the fruit and is in average 250-300 kg/HR.

HARVER DM300x2 is a machine of an industrial type for use in bakery and confectionery shops and small factories for processing fruit.
How robots:
Cherries are loaded in the receiving vessel and are picked up by cells in the working
reels, which spin on the 12 steps for full rotation. Cherry caught in
the corresponding cells are delivered to the treatment area, where acute plungers
special shape, penetrating through the center of the fruit, remove the pit, guiding her in
hole with rubber bellow. Bones come in costaccupril with the auger,
which removes them from the working area. The plungers return to their original position,
the drum rotates to the next steps and embossed cherry blossoms fall on the other
