General description:
Machine designed for the production of the exclusive pasta type "butterfly" referred to in Italy as farfalle. A feature of this type of machinery is the need for a press with a matrix for the production of test strips or another machine (sheeter), capable of producing a ribbon of dough required width.
The machine performs punching and folding of dough into pasta, using a special mold.
Design features:
- two rolls of stainless steel with an adjustable gap for rolling the dough sheet of the desired thickness;
- base and frame made of stainless steel;
- the structure of anodized aluminum;
- electrical panel management have protective devices in accordance with the applicable regulations EU.
