The composition of the line:

1. Boot device

2. Automatic press for short-cut pasta mod. K300 performance 250 - 300 kg/hour

3. Cooling system node compression and head of the press K300 closed loop.

4. Prior drying (of Trabatto)

Production process:

Flour, grains or similar raw materials are sifted and fed into press the boot device.

The raw material is dosed and pre-mixes with the addition of water, eggs, and/or mixtures of eggs with water.

After this preliminary operation, the dough is mixed under vacuum and sent to the camera for pressing short-cut pasta.

The pasta is cut at the desired size with a craft knife and fall directly into a sieve of trabatto where is pre-dried; this allows you to shorten the final drying and to obtain pasta of the highest quality avoiding their break-up during the final drying. From trabatto dried pasta transported to ovens, and after the end of the drying cycle, the pasta is ready to packaging.

Pasta can be fed into the silo storage from which they are fed into the hopper of the packaging automatic machine.
