Pulping machines serve to separate blanched or chopped fruit into two factions: liquid with small particles of pulp and solids (bones, seeds, skins, peduncle). The RUB lies in pushing the product through the holes in a perforated drum under the action of centrifugal force, which occurs when the rotation of the rotor with the pests.

The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and mounted on 2 wheels with brakes; feed hopper with screw conveyor and safety grille; motor single-phase or three-phase, the rotating shaft with the special adjustable plate inner basket, made with a variety of holes for adapting to different fruit. Standard holes from 0.8 to 12 mm.

Sieve: 10mm – peach; 8mm - apricot, 6mm - plum, 3mm - cherry, Apple, 1mm – berries, cleaning mashed potatoes from skins after drying on the sieves with large holes; 0.8 mm - berries.

Comes with a sieve of 6 mm.

The productivity of the machine depends on the type of product, its maturity, and the degree of pre-treatment, if necessary. Performance also depends on the perforation (the smaller, the less and performance).
