Especially for construction shuttering use plywood grade FOF-Гл2. The recommended thickness of plywood for construction formwork 18 and 21 mm. After hardening of concrete formwork is easily removed and can be used for the next cycle.
Plywood has a high quality of gluing and the quality of the film, this means that repeated use of the same sheet of plywood does not degrade the quality monolithic slabs.
The ends of the plywood on all sides are painted with special weather-resistant paint based on acrylic, which protects the plywood from moisture and swelling. After all the work lined plywood is sorted by species, i.e., in appearance, geometrical parameters, and stacked in bundles.
Packaging plywood of FOF is made in packages separately by brand, size, grade, type of surface, weighing not more than 1,500 kg. Packages tie up with packing tape two transverse and three to six longitudinal zones.
