Professional piston paint spraying units
Professional and Semi-professional Reciprocating Painting Machines are designed for airless spraying of paints and putties, fire retardant and waterproof compounds, namely:
- waterborne paints and inks on an organic solvent, paints, oils, release agents;
- paints based on synthetic resins, PVC colors;
- oil paints, primers;
- fillers, anticorrosion paints;
- latex paints, dispersions;
- compositions for onebusaway;
- coatings for roofs;
- materials forming a thick film of protection from corrosion, spray putty.
Professional piston paint spraying units
Piston machines — units initial professional or professional level for commercial and industrial use and for large volumes of work performed.
System pressure regulation
The pressure regulation system may be mechanical (regulator or regulator valve) or electronic (i.e., charge). In the second case, it is necessary to apply voltage to this charge pressure control and the unit control is not out of order due to voltage drops in the power supply.
Actuator piston assemblies
Gasoline engines or electric motors. Motors can be single phase 220V (connecting to a normal "home" network) or three phase at 380V.
Performance piston pump supply pressure LKM
Professional machines even the entry-level performance of the piston pump must be a minimum of 2.4 liters per minute.
Maximum supply pressure LMC — 20 to 25 MPa (200 to 250 bar). Working pressure is usually lower — from 11 to 15 MPa.

In units with a gasoline drive is 0,048" (1.22 mm), and electric — 0,045" (1,14 mm).
Work on two posts
Simultaneous work of two painters working on two posts — the possible performance of a piston pump at least 3.6 liters per minute. At lower performance values, the organization works on two posts from one of the unit — not commercially justified.
Supplied — assembled-and-play
All units come complete with all necessary for work. It is minimal (usually 10 or 15 meters of high pressure hoses, one gun and one nozzle), but for the beginning of works is sufficient.
The delivery of any unit is not a dogma. You can replace the original equipment to any other — for free or for an additional fee, depending on the cost of components for your needs.
Free replace nozzle set, if you need other size or other spraying angle.
For an additional fee we shall complete unit to work on two posts, any other accessories and/or spare parts. Spare parts and accessories always in stock.
