UZM - 1.0 G – flow infrared pasteurizer with heat recovery with capacity of 1 t/h is suitable for pasteurization in the flow of wines and juices. The temperature of the pasteurized product outlet of the UZM - 1.0 G is 50 - 55 degrees so that it can be immediately directed to the hot filling.
The wine (juice) from the tank (1) enters the heat exchanger (2), where it is heated to 73 degrees due to electricity consumption and due to the heat from the pasteurized product. The product then enters the heating chamber (3), where it is heated to 92 degrees (pasteurization temperature can be adjusted). From the heating chamber it enters vydergivanii, where at a temperature of 92 degrees for 40 seconds. Regimes of pasteurization of wines and juices more stringent than in the case of pasteurization of milk, because spore microflora contained in these products, more resistant to heat than bacteria contained in milk. After vicariates wine (juice) is returned to the heat exchanger (2), where it gives up heat to the raw product. From the heat exchanger the product is fed into the heater of PM - 1,0, where it is heated to a predetermined temperature in the range of 50 - 55 degrees. Then the hose on the hot tap.
Flow-through pasteurizer UZM - 1.0 G is characterized by high performance. Electricity consumption can be significantly reduced if the pasteurization the product is heated to steam or hot water to 10 - 15 degrees.
