Dough mixing machines of this type are intended for kneading dough for yeast-based and widely disseminated in small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in the production of bread and bakery products. Due to the orbital rotation of the kneading of the body and rotation of the bowl, the dough is mixed evenly, without leaving a big sticky pieces. The machine has two speeds, as kneading body and bowl equipped with a manual unloading mechanism of the bowl.
